Summer Plans

Hello again!

Ah…the turn of summer…well, with the weather we’ve been having, it seems quite distant and without temperatures in the 80’s or 90’s yet, I’m beginning to wonder if and when it may come 🙂 Anyway, these next 2 months are an amazing time for a coach, spending days in the gym watching leagues, tournaments, and showcases. While I am mapping out our travel schedule, we would like to know where you are playing. Please send over a summer schedule if you have not already and we will try to accommodate!

On other fronts, we dawn a new dorm complex on the northeast side of campus, one that will be completed by the first day of classes this upcoming year! (Stay tuned for pictures)

Second, we have launched this Blog and a Youtube site that allows access to a behind the scenes picture of our basketball program. The Youtube site includes a few news clips from our station on campus (LCTV) as well as a highlight video (2 separate files) and a season wrapup. Please email me with access codes to our site and I will be glad to send it over.

Hello!
Welcome to this first installment. I hope the school year is progressing smoothly as another year comes to a close. One week of school left for our Duhawks, a finals week that usually calls for lots of coffee, little sleep, and the joys of cramming.

Throughout the course of the next year and the recruiting process, this page will be an inside look at the basketball program at Loras, the players, the staff, and what all goes on behind the scenes as a collegiate student-athlete. If you have any questions about Loras or the process itself, that is why we are here and is one of the objectives of this page. Follow us throughout the summer and during the season as another successful school year and basketball season is right around the corner!
